It seems Sanam did not enter here in the first place as he is in the entry list for next 2 week's futures which are on hard courts. This week is on clay courts. So, probably he did not want to play singles on clay.

I appreciate Vijayant going out of his comfort zone and play in far off places. But he has been playing way lower than his ranking, which suggest his real ranking is way lower.
