Nice to see RamK maintaining a good level on the green clay. It would be a good idea to play one week on red clay before the FO qualifiers, although the green stuff is reasonable preparation too.

Surprisingly one sided loss considering his current form. It seems tiredness finally setting in after playing a lot of matches in last 3 weeks. He will play his doubles QF shortly.

After Singapore , Ram heads to Italy where he has made the MD at the Caltanissetta , Challenger.

Back to back futures titles for RamK in Singapore. He did not drop a set in the 2 weeks. He was only being taken to tiebreaks in the last 2 matches- SF and final of second week indicating that he may be tiring a bit towards the end. Good that he kept his focus and got the maximum points in these 2 weeks which would have been his prime objective for the week.

With 36 points added from these 2 weeks, he will move up to around 230 when these rankings are updated. He does not have any points to defend in June but has 65 points to defend in July. So, he will have to keep doing well over next 2 months to ensure that he will stay at this level of rankings and make it to USO qualies.
