Divij lost in a close match in Metz ATP.

At Moselle Open, Metz, France (Hard)

[R1] Divij Sharan (IND) / Jonny O'Mara (GBR) l. Hunter Resse (USA) / Sam Verbeek (NED) 63 36 8-10

Divij is now ranked 109 in doubles rankings and has further big points to defend in next couple of weeks. So, he will find it hard to make it to the ATP main draws now and will have to make it back up from the challenger tour.

I wish our doubles players would find regular partners. This one and done business is not working.

The last 4 in this thread are all in tiebreakers. Maybe a bit of mental tightening is in order? A few sessions with a sports psychologist?

Today was a 3-6, 5-7 loss so no tiebreaker involved.

For the record full score-

At Brest Challenger 90, France

[R1] Divij Sharan (IND) / N. Sriram Balaji (IND) l. (1) Denys Molchanov (UKR) / Alexander Nedovyesov (KAZ) 36 57

Admittedly, they got a tough draw against top seeds.
