Divij Sharan and Igor Zelenay snuck into the doubles qualification draw at the Rotterdam ATP 500 and won their first round match against local wildcards. One more win tomorrow will secure them a main draw berth.

Re: Divij Sharan thread
Has anyone watched any of his matches and knows what is wrong? Is it his partner? Or that he has just got old/bad?

Re: Divij Sharan thread
Divij has won just two doubles matches this year -- and just one victory that counts towards points, in the Melbourne tournament just before the AO, where he and Zelenay beat Duran/Ramos-Vinolas via a MTB, before losing to Martin/Chardy in R2. The other victory was in Q1 at Rotterdam (but they lost in the FQR). The bad run continued in Q1 at Dubai, when his old partnership with Yuki was revived, but they lost 67 57 to the second seeded pair. Divij needs to turn things around ASAP.

Re: Divij Sharan thread
Ebden/Sharan definitely looks like a promising pairing. Let's hope they gel quickly and win some rounds at ATP Cagliari.
