Re: Sanam Singh Thread
I'm happy about one thing that for the first time in years I see SS is playing Futures for 4 consecutive weeks,I'm sure a title coming in the coming 3 weeks.
This week he is seeded 3rd.
At Canada F9 $15K Futures (Clay)
R1 [3] Sanam SINGH (312) vs David VOLFSON (CAN,955)
No doubles this week. Good decision.

Yes, but he chose the wrong weeks to do so where there are buch of challengers taking place all the over the world.bujilover wrote:I'm happy about one thing that for the first time in years I see SS is playing Futures for 4 consecutive weeks,I'm sure a title coming in the coming 3 weeks.
These are the weeks when he would have got to the main draws of the challengers in Asia and US. He would have got into main draw of Bangkonk challenger last week and could have just sneaked into Shanghai challenger this week. If he wanted to stay on in US, he would have got into main draw of Cary and Columbus challengers for next 2 weeks.
When he was not getting into main draws of challengers, he was taking the hard route of going thru challenger qualies instead of futures and now when he is getting into main draws of challengers he prefers to play futures.

Re: Sanam Singh Thread
In theory this should be a tough match, but Shane has had minimal success on the futures tour through the summer, so hopefully a focused Sanam can win this easily.
