Wimbledon 2019
For the first time since 2014 when Somdev last played the main round at Wimbledon , In Prajnesh we shall be having an Indian playing the Main Draw. The usual Doubles cast will join him in Dbls/MXD main draws.
Qaulies start on next Monday whose draw will be held on the 23rd , where Ram & Ankita will try their luck to reach the MD.

Saketh will be there in the qualies draw too. Karman too would have made it but unfortunately had to pull out due to injury.

Re: Wimbledon 2019
Thanks Sameer for correction , missed out on Yuki and Saketh , Yuki is completely out of the orbit and there are no signs of him coming back to the courts anytime soon.

Re: Wimbledon 2019
Two tough matches against seasoned campaigners for our guys.
Lukas Lacko's form has not been great this year and he has had losses to players ranked outside top 200. But, RamK's form and fitness is more of a worry. So, not having much hope from that match.
Garcia-Lopez came thru qualifiers at French open. So, he is in good form and Saketh again nowhere close to his best. So, again not much hope.
Any win will be a bonus.

Re: Wimbledon 2019
Saketh has a REALLY tough draw, with Lukas Rosol in Q2 and Yuichi Sugita possibly in Q3.
Ramkumar has a tough one first up against Lukas Lacko, who has beaten Dustin Brown (one of the greatest grass Challenger players ever) at Surbiton this year. But after that, it gets easier if Ramkumar can pull the Q1 upset:
11-Poland Kamil Majchrzak
France -Constant Lestienne
India Ramkumar Ramanathan
Slovakia Lukáš Lacko
France Enzo Couacaud
Austria Sebastian Ofner
Kazakhstan Aleksandr Nedovyesov
22-Italy Gianluca Mager

Re: Wimbledon 2019
GGL’s vast experience at the tour level gave him an upper hand - how I wish Saki had spent a little more longer on the challenger and ATP tour without injuries
