It doesn't get easier in the QF. He plays Daniel Brands who was ranked as high as 51 way back in 2013. Brands is taller than Saki at 6' 5".

Fantastic victory for Saketh. What a wonderful scalp, a former world #8 and two time semifinalist at the US Open!

Re: Kazakh/Uzbek Challengers, June 2018
Daniel Brands is more difficult opponent than the Russian and his lower ranking is misleading , So definitely not an easy match.
If Saki were to upset him or even run him close then it would be a fair to say that he is back to his pre injury level.

Re: Kazakh/Uzbek Challengers, June 2018
Arjun is down 3-6 3-5 and facing serve .... And he pulls off a break to stay alive, 3-6 4-5 and serving! .... At 5-5, Arjun had 15-40 BPs, but refused to hit a winner to open court, twice, and tried weak lobs that went too long. Actually, 4 straight unforced errors when he had a break there for the taking. Come on... 3-6 5-6 and I am going to sleep....
