Ankita makes it to the QD list after the main draw wild cards are announced. Hope she makes use of it and wins a round or two.

Good that Ankita made it to Wimbledon qualies quite early and did not have to wait to suffer last minute anxiety not knowing if she will get in or not. Hope She prepares well now. She had 3 straight losses on grass court this year. So, she will work hard to turn around her grass form.

Excellent news! She is slowly gaining form on grass: the last loss against Priscilla Hon (who is ranked a bit higher than her) was very close. I think she will be ready!

It seems like they have released the doubles qualifying draw before singles, or maybe I am not able to find it on the app.

Balaji/Vardhan are seeded 6th and play Melzer/Galdos in first round.
Jeevan is playing with Krajicek, seeded 4th they play Mchugh/Willis in first round.

Jeevan/Austin meet Marcus Willis/Aidan McHugh in Q1. This is a pairing of the Futures player who won a couple of rounds in the main draw a few years ago (but is now on the wane) with a 17-year-old British partner. Should be an easy win for Jeevan/Austin. Their potential opponents in the final round of qualifying (Q2) is Christopher Rungkat/Tristan-Samuel Weissborn (AUT, 113). Definitely another winnable match for the in-form Jeevan/Austin.

Vishnu/Balaji play Sergio Galdoz (PER, 123)/Gerald Melzer (AUT, 372/s 108) in Q1, and are drawn to play top-seeds Molchanov/Zelenay or Bemelmans/Kudla in the final qualifying round. Their Q2 could be a tough match.

Both Ram and Prajnesh should win their QR1s.

Ram's round 2 will probably be Galovic which is also a comfortably winnable match and QR3 will be against Klahn/clay court specialists. This is easily his best chance to make it to a GS MD.

Prajnesh's potential round 2 is against Thomas Fabbiano who has been a tough opponent for Indians previously and won 2 matches at Ilkey last week (but lost in round 1 in the 2 previous weeks). QR3 is winnable.

Looks like Leander has decided not to enter Wimbledon :-( He’s skipped the clay and grass court season entirely

Apart from Ram, Prajnesh, Sumit who will be attempting the scenic route to the MD will be Bala/Vishnu against Galdoz/Meltzer
Mchugh/Willis againt Jeevan/Kraicjek

The doubles candidates would be the favorites to reach the MD, but Prajnesh match is definately not a gimme as SH suggested,
Not only Kamke is an experienced former Top 100, but he has also beaten Prajnesh at AO qualies this year and even though couple of weeks ago Ram won against him , it was closer than the scoreline suggested,  So a tough task on hand for Prajnesh in navigating his opening  QR1 against an experienced , crafty opponent.

Ram seems to be having a manageable passable to the MD during the entire leg of this scenic route, with Klahn to watch out for.

Sumit hoping for a surprise to spring a Rabbit out of the Hat.

Five matches for us today, starting with Sumit at 11am local time. Prajnesh and Ramkumar’s matches are the third ones on their respective courts, so should be around 2pm local time in Roehampton (9pm in Singapore/HK, 6:30pm IST).

Kamke and Bolleli are tough opponents, experienced but ageing. On current form, both Prajnesh and Ramkumar should win today. Sumit’s match will be a toss-up, given that he has not played on grass at all this year.

Ramkumar is the 15th seed, so the guy expected to qualify from his section of the draw. Ruud is the other seed in his section.

16th seed Fabbiano is the guy to beat in Prajnesh’s section of the draw.

Sumit is in Quentin Halys’ section, and will probably play Kokkinakis if he wins Q1 (assuming the latter beats 28th seed Arevalo).

Bolleli qualified into Wimbledon last year and won a main draw match too. So, it is not at all an easy match for RamK. So, is Prajnesh's match against experience Kamke who is good on grass. In fact Sumit's opponent is the weakest in terms of grass experience and results but Sumit himself has not played on grass at all and is in bad form.

So, I would all 3 matches in tough category and will be happy if we get 2 out of 3 wins.
