Agree that their peaks are similar both in actual ranking and quality and stage of wins. As far as the purely subjective assessment of who would win in an hypothetical matchup, I would give the edge to peak Saketh on faster courts and to peak Ramk on slower court.

Now, Ramk is currently at his peak. Even if Saketh recovers from his injuries there is no guarantee that a 30+ year old Saketh would have the fitness to get back to his peak given that his peak was actually quite a small part of his actual career even when he was not injured.

Can't win them all I guess. He would have taken a win and a runner up from the 1st 2 weeks when it started.

Yes, also a doubles title this week and runner up last week. Arjun is 421 in live singles rankings and 419 in doubles. Progressing faster than what we thought he would after stating pros 6 months back after his college stint.

I think you can still do so. Only 4 first round singles matches were completed today.

That was a really good win by 17 year old Golmei to win his first ATP point and get into ATP rankings. Pavlovic had upset Sid Rawat last week before losing to KU in the second.

That guy Jui-Chen Hung retired in singles as well. Do betting sites treat retirements and losses differently? In any case, looks like the retirements were not due to any injury. He could play two sets of doubles and most of the tie-break but couldn't play the last point?

I think you get money back in the case of a retirement.

Kaza takes out sixth seed Reinwein in straight sets. Good win. Is he back?
