Re: $15K India F1-F4 futures, Feb/March 2018
Yes, nice and easy title win for Prajnesh.
[F] (1) Prajnesh GUNNESWARAN (IND,235) d. (3) Nam Hoang LY (VIE,475) 63 64
No set dropped by Prajnesh at this futures which is keeping with the level of play he has been playing of late.
Prajnesh had 2 futures titles and 1 runner up finish in Indian futures at around this time last year. He has defended 1 of those title points now. He will have to try to get other points defended at Qujing challenger next week.

Great showing from Prajnesh. Vatsal had to remind us that he is firmly India's #4 at the moment. This could become #3 if Sumit continues to free fall.

Being that the tournament is on clay this week, Boluda-Purkiss will be the strong favorite to win the title here.

Arjun vs Dev, Chandrasekhar vs Prabodh is that all-India quarter of the draw. It'll be interesting to see if one of the youngsters can pull a big upset tomorrow.

Re: $15K India F1-F4 futures, Feb/March 2018
Abhinav Shanmugam causes the biggest upset of the tournament and knocks out the 2nd seed Vietnamese Ly Nam in 3 sets 6-2,2-6,6-3.
Abhinav definitely is the name to watch in the future . Proper training and choice of tournaments should be the focus.
