Dallas 2018 Challenger at TBarM is completely sold out (has been for the past 4 days) - Nishikori has been a huge draw here as well.

Great week for Jeevan/Rungkat at Dallas (the pair lost in the finals to Salisbury/D O’Hare last year). :notworthy:

Yes, first challenger title for the pair together after having lost 5 finals before this. So, they sort of broke the final jinx. Hope this pair gets stronger now.

Individually, this is 5th challenger doubles title for Jeevan apart from 1 ATP title which he has.( all with different partners).

Congrats to Jeevan and Rungkat. May they go from strength to strength.

And Leander isn't playing in the Quito ATP. Bizarre scheduling indeed!

Purav is top-seeded in Quito with Demoliner.

Is Leander playing the San Francisco challenger? The draw hasn’t been posted yet so was just wondering if he’s playing anywhere this week.

Leander is not playing in the San Francisco Challenger this week. Jeevan and Rungkat are seeded third this week and take on a WC pair in the first round.

At $100,000+H San Francisco
[R1] (3) Jeevan NEDUNCHEZIYAN (IND) / Christopher RUNGKAT (INA) vs. (WC) Andre GORANSSON (SWE) / Florian LAKAT (FRA)

Strange scheduling indeed by Leander. He plays 2 weeks of challengers in US which does not help much in rankings and then misses a week where there are 3 ATP 250 tournaments around the world.

It is also about appearance money , these US challengers having been splashing big money to get big names like Nishikori and a Charismatic player like LP is a good draw for the crowds at these challengers which we saw during the matches which he played , there was always a healthy turnout.

Wasn't RamK playing San Francisco or did I get that totally wrong?

I feel, we r commenting on unknown ... May be he had some family/ other obligation this week, so he decided to skip this week and played last two weeks to grab as much points as possible.
