Manish goes on to win in a 3 setter.

[QF] Manish SURESHKUMAR (IND,1033) d. (6) Arjun KADHE (IND,610) 46 63 61

Excellent comeback from the 18 year old. Arjun was up 3-1 in the second set after winning the first but Manish made a string comeback and after that Arjun could win only 1 game.

Can the other 18 year old , Nitin join him in the SF. His match will start now.

The Taiwanese proving too strong for Nitin and has romped away with the first set 6-3 in no time
Can Nitin mount a recovery?

He is from the TNTA stable , extremely talented and last year had even partnered Ram at Singapore Futures.

The Taiwane proved too strong for Nitin.

[QF] (Q) Nitin Kumar SINHA (IND,1444) l. (7) Kuan-Yi LEE (TPE,639) 36 26

Next,

Definitely looks as if we are seeing the emergence of the next young Indian talent, in Manish Sureshkumar. And Nitin Sinha isn't too far behind. This is very good to see. Go Manish, beat the Taiwanese!

Excellent win for Manish. That the surface being clay might have played a different role for Arjun?

I think both will/should deserve a MDWC at the Chennai CH.

Probably as Arjun's game seemes more suited for faster courts. But, still last week Arjun beat a top 300 European here and almost beat the Canadian Diez. That shows that he is playing close to top 300 level and it is praiseworthy of Manish to win back to back matches players playing at close to top 300 level.

Lets see if he can continue at that level in coming matches.

Not looking good at all for Manish , as a set down and now Taiwanese has a 5-2 lead in the second who seems to be on a hot winning streak and looks very difficult for Manish to turn things around.

Nitin and Manish lost on successive days to the same guy by similar scores (Manish marginally worse). So they appear to be at similar levels.
