Nice upset from Jayesh and he is rightly awarded an easier R2 opponent as he was slated to face the top seed. Aryan should win his R2 as well . The Sood twins are seeded 2nd in the doubles draw :goodluck:

Another easy win for Aryan to move to SF.

At $25K(+H) Nigeria F4 Futures,Lagos

[QF] Aryan GOVEAS (IND,782) d. Illja VUJIC (SRB,1141) 76(6) 60

Next,

[SF] Aryan GOVEAS (IND,782) vs. Stephen FRANSEN (NED,1212)

Although Fransen is lower ranked, he has beaten top seed and 7th seed here. So, it is not as easy as it looks for Aryan.

Good results by Aryan! He's just turned 19, so he has pretty good potential to grow from here....

[SF] Aryan GOVEAS (IND,782) l. Stephen FRANSEN (NED,1212) 46 46

Sood brothers lost in the doubles semi final.

Nice win by 21 year old Pungliya. Somewhat tame loss by 19 year old Goveas after his nice run the previous week.

Instantly became an anti-fan of this Moez guy. Retiring at 5-2 in the third? That is totally unclassy, unless he was not even able to stand there to get 4 serves at him, or unable to hit 4 serves to the other side.
