Manish lost in a 3 setter.

At $25K Indonesia F7 Futures,Jakarata

[QF] (Q) Manish SURESHKUMAR (IND,1194) l. (3) Shintaro IMAI (JPN,375) 16 75 36

Good effort to take a top 400 player to 3 sets. The performance this week should give a lot of confidence to 18 year old Manish.

Next week again he will have to play qualies with a clutch of Indian in main draw - Prajnesh, Sasi, Sid Rawat, VSP,Aryan and Arjun.

I think Arjun will be at least a top-400 player, and may be good enough to move up to 250 or higher. But in doubles, I think he will reach at least top-50 some day, if he gets a break with the right partner. I'm fairly sure of that.

Very good run by Arjun. He will move up to near #660 by Dec 4th. One more win will put him inside top-620.

At $15K Vietnam F3 Futures , Thu Dau Mot City

[F] (8) Arjun KADHE (IND,758) vs. (1) Andrew HARRIS (AUS,494)

Like Arjun , Andrew Harris comes from US college stint. He started playing pros this June and has already got into top 500 with a couple of deep runs in futures and also a couple of wins at challenger level. So, tough match for Arjun.

Excellent run to the final by Arjun Kadhe. His opponent in the final, Andrew Harris, won the FO and Wimbledon junior titles with Nick Kyrgios as his partner, but has been plagued by injuries in subsequent years. Go Arjun, let’s win the title!!

Yeah one more win puts him at the same points as Saketh. Of course, neither has even played a third of a season yet.

In the final, Arjun was serving for the first set at 5-3, got down to 0-40, got it back to deuce but made bad errors on last 2 points and it is back on serve with Harris serving at 4-5.
