A podium finish in the first event of year for Karun bodes well for the rest of the year. Now we await his first win of the year. Go Karun.

In second round GP2 Asia Series in Sentenul, Indonesia; Karun couldn't finished first race and managed only 13 position in second race ... Armaan Ebrahim also couldn't finished first feature race but he managed to finish inside top 10, 9th position, in second race ... This was huge result for young Armaan Ebrahim.

That's the most ironic thing of having two countrymen in the same race. Image

Karun finished 8th in race 1. So he is on the pole for the race 2. Ebrahim finished 13th.  Karun could have done better though, he did a rookie mistake coming out of the pits. Hope everything goes right for him in race 2 !

In second race wrote:iSport International Karun Chandhok and DPR Diego Nunes placed their car on the front row of the reversed grid this morning. Due to an electrical problem, Bruno Senna did not take part in the race. As the lights went off, all 25 cars took off, but in the first corner, Nunes and Chandhok touched, sending the Indian driver into a spin and leaving Petrov to lead.
:( ... :( ... :(

Karun retired from the race on 11th lap ... Aarman finished on 16th place.

After disappointing performance at Barcelona, Karun showed improved performance at Istanbul Park.

Karun qualified for the race on 7th position and managed to grab 4th position in race 1 but only managed 12th position in race 2.

Karun moved to 9th position in standing with 5 pts in race 1.
