hi all...... the test for us was more a shakedown since we missed the first 2 days at silverstone. the first 2 days we were a long ways off the pace which was a bit worrying. the car is very different to what the team has worked on before and so it will take them a while to get their heads around it.
the car is also a bit different to the world series car - it feels more heavy and you have to muscle it around a bit more although it has to be said that the engine and gearbox feels very good.
we experimented with some big changes on day 3 and that improved things a bit. i got a puncture on 1 set of new tyres so i only managed 1 new tyre run in total and i think that there was potential to go another 4-5 tenths quicker. it's still quite a bit off the front running pace but that's what we expected at the start of the season till the engineers and i get a better understanding of the car.
armaan and i shared the driving and i think it was an eye-opener for him to drive the car which is a lot bigger than he's driven before ! we're trying to get another day of testing before the first race so that we can hopefully learn a bit more about the car, especially the suspension setup.
will try and keep you updated as much as i can !

Interesting quote from Karun, so that means Armaan face more problem to handle the car .. But hopefully he will pick up soon with help from Karun.it feels more heavy and you have to muscle it around
With less testing we should expect some good results on A1 track after 3rd race ... Hopefully until then Karun and Armaan get used to the car and improving on it with help from engineers ... Godluck Karun.
