I saw this only now but how did you get Anthony Kim in your list? He isn't even playing and wasn't in the list I posted. I will go by your order of alternate listing and substitute Robert Gamez for Anthony Kim.
I was picking up Fred funk. And at the last moment swapped him with Mark Calcavecchia from alternates.
It seems if I had pcked up only my two alternates I would have been in much better positiion. 32 points instead of 12 that I have now!!

Nathan Green must know when I have him on my team and when I do not. He must be taking it personally when I don't have him in my team
Since Shigeki Maruyama has withdrawn, we should give you Charlie Wi, the only other Asian left in the fray and not your first pick Levet (from France). What do you say?
Since I did not respond to the withdrawal, you should pick the first alt, Levet. If you want to preserve my All Asian team, Charlie Wi is ok with me if others don't have any objection!

I don't know the rule. Since he started, I guess the rule must be that it would be treated as a MC. Whatever, I don't care. In your case, it probably doesn't make a huge difference, but for kujoku it may, I don't know. It does make my Excel spreadsheet go haywire but I can deal with it once in a while. What does Jaydeep the moderator or kumar the rule maker say about this situation?
