We are down 0-1 after 12 mins in the final against Japan. We missed a PC and they got one on the counterattack and they scored of that.

Very good field goal by Neha Goyal of an excellent pass by Navneet Kaur to level it at 1-1 after 25 mins.

Looks a close match. We have more skills but Japanese are playing a very good pace troubling our defence with fast turnovers and their defense too is picking up a lot of our passes.

We did seem to improve in Q2 but still it looking an even match.

I don't think it is good showing for a silver, Kujo.

We are ranked 9th and Japan 14th in the world rankings and we have beaten Japan more times than not in last couple of years.

Today our girls did not play anything like being ranked 5 places above and Japan played much better I have seen them play in recent times.

Just looked like the pressure of playing for a medal in big games got to our women like it did for our men yesterday.
