2004 PGA Tournament - Arjun/Daniel/Vijay/(Jyoti)

Congratulations Arjun on your first top 10 finish in the PGA tour. gansy, I agree with your evaluation. Couple of benefits for Arjun: 1. I think this would be a great **confidence boost** for Arjun, like it happened for Daniel. 2. Arjun does get to play next week in Disney. Another good finish like ...

2004 PGA "Majors" - "WGC" - etc

Hi all, Well said Bhushan, about the Chris article in SI. I was wondering whether Tiger would even be World number 2 at the end of the week and it turned out he wasn't! Don't get me wrong, I do like Tiger and his golf. But a slump and recovery is better than a dominant stay at number 1. Just makes a...

2004 PGA Tournament - Arjun/Daniel/Vijay/(Jyoti)

Vijay Singh continues his great form into the 84 Lumber classic!! In first place, -12 after two days and leading by two strokes. All this, even while his putting remains a bit of a concern!! Did you see all the birdie putts he missed on the first day? I counted about five from within 15 feet or less...

2004 PGA Tournament - Arjun/Daniel/Vijay/(Jyoti)

From the above mentioned article: It was pretty obvious in Boston that he didn't like losing the tournament and the No. 1 spot after 264 weeks, and it was even more obvious when he dodged Brown's question about those things by talking about how excited he was with the way he was playing. It reminded...

Daniel Chopra - PGA Tour

Hi Daniel,

Thanks for your message. On your current form, you have to move your goal posts farther back than that!! :) Keep being aggressive and try to win a PGA tournament in the last quarter of this year! :goodluck:

Daniel Chopra - PGA Tour

Quote from PGA tour web site: "It doesn't appear that Daniel Chopra, conditional PGA TOUR member and two-time winner on the 2004 Nationwide Tour, will need to head back to that Tour for the remainder of the season. Chopra posted his third top 10 of the season, a tie for fourth ($220,000), and b...

2004 PGA Tournament - Arjun/Daniel/Vijay/(Jyoti)

Daniel did well today (one among the select few to go under par) and is in contention for a top-5 spot!! Go Daniel!! GO!! I think, Vijay will continue his of trend of winning the tournament after being a 54 hole leader and Tiger will end his 264 weeks at the top! As a Golf fan, I don't mind either o...

3 rd day

Hi, BSharma mentioned all the stuff I wanted to say and a bit more. David Duval (world Number 1 before Tiger's current streak of 264 weeks!!)making the cut and moving up the standings is a good story to follow. Bill Haas qualified on Monday and is currently in 3rd position. Tomorrow will be firework...

He answered the call from Tiger for the race to No: 1 position and is up by two strokes over the rest of the field!! :) Ju...
