I will confirm this later... but I saw this rule somewhere.. i think the full toss rule was primarily introduced to prevent injury!!! and with slow bowler that doesn't happen..

A beamer is a no-ball i.e. an illegal delivery. So one cannot be stumped out on a beamer. If the ball is wide and the batman is stumped, the bowler should not get the credit.
