Ubilava may coach Harikrishna
This news article made my day !!! http://www.hindu.com/2005/04/18/stories/2005041804201800.htm If this works out, Hari Krishna will altogether be a different force to reckon with. I think this is the right time for Hari to have such a thing happen to him. I won't be surprised if he crashes into top ...

Re: Leander Paes thread...
WOW !!! Congratulations to LP and NZ !!! Perfect beginning to a new era, I suppose. Hope they dominate the circuit for the rest of the year. I was looking forward to the final also. But the way they have crushed the opposition so far in the tourney, they would have definitely overcome the Bryans. Wa...

Surprising
It's pretty surprising that Hari has to worry about sponsors at this stage. I wonder why Wipro is not extending their support, especially since he really exceeded the expectations. On the other hand, Humpy doesn't seem to have any such problems and BOB keeps on supporting her. Eesha Karavade is anot...

Awesome
Wow, Hari took over the second spot from Sasi? This kid is really in a hurry to climb up the ladder. I hope the rest of our talented pack gets inspired enough to take Indian chess to the next level. His performance at Bermuda where he shared the top spot with Gelfand was just awesome. Especially the...

MB/TW crashed out
Disappoint loss for MB-TW pair. Lost 4-6, 6-7 (8) to Bjorkman/Mirnyi. I was hoping they would get even when they saved 3 match points down from 3-6 in the TB, but couldn't sustain the tempo.

Uzma Khan
Speaking of former Indian players, I remember a girl named Uzma Khan from Hyd making waves not too long ago in the domestic circuit and a few junior events abroad. She seems to have disappeared from my radar quite some time ago. When Sania started making news (as a 10-11 yr old girl), I had a feelin...
