Re: Australian open 2019
Aragone is not featured in the Columbus CH main draw. Pretty sure he has decided to take his chances flying all the way to Melbourne, being the next alt. No signs of players withdrawing in the past few hours, seems impossible for Saketh now.

Re: Australian open 2019
More WDs and the QD cut off is down to 251. I believe Saki (#259) needs 3-4 more withdrawals to get in. Here is the list of alternates that could be above him (taken from the ranking chart and NOT the actual AO entry list). 254 JC Aragone 255 Mikel Ymer 256 Florian Mayer (retired) 257 Dennis Novikov...

Re: $54K Da Nang Challenger, Vietnam- Jan 7-13, 2019
Or is he in Australia hoping to get a spot into the qualifying draw? Currently, the cut off is down to 249. He must need 10 more withdrawals within the next 2 days.

Re: Australian open 2019
Pospisil withdrew today. If Sock gets in due to another WD, the USTA wildcard will go to Tommy Paul. But our guy needs 4 more players to withdraw.

Yuki is out of AO (Source: Some reliable dude on Twitter). Looks like he might skip next week's Vietnam Challenger, too.

Re: Australian open 2019
Knew this coming, Juan Martin Del Potro is out of AO as he continues his recovery from a fractured kneecap. That puts Prajnesh 6 out of main draw (including Jack Sock). 5 more withdrawals seem tough at this point

Anning $15K Men's ITF Futures - January 2019
VSP, Nitin Kumar Sinha and Anirudh Chandrashekar have entered these $15K Futures in Anning for the next 2-3 weeks. The main draw cut off is 922 which is nothing unusual but this direct acceptance also included 4 junior players through their top-100 junior ranking. Hopefully, some of our young player...

Re: ATP Tata Open (Pune), January 2019
Q-draw is out. Have to say this is a pretty strong draw compared to previous years.
Sasi faces Italian Gianluigi Quinzi (who featured in the maiden NextGen Finals as a wildcard) and Saketh plays Jason Jung. Both are winnable opponents with some home support.

Re: ATP Tata Open (Pune), January 2019
Per Prajnesh’s Instagram story, he has received one of the MD WCs. Not surprising but curious to know who the other recipients are.
EDIT: Wildcards announced Looks like Yuki needs to qualify for the MD, if they decide to give the 3rd WC for Arjun.

Re: Nov/Dec Women's $25K ITF tournaments - India
At Solapur QR1, this wildcard Amreen Naaz got ousted by British player Eden Silva in 32 minutes, winning just 4 points to 48. When will these organizers ever learn to select the right players for WCs especially when the entry list is full of foreign players?
