Re: Coronavirus SARS-Cov2 (COVID-19)

Just don't give a f**k about people who want to die themselves, doc. We need you for the ones who want to live" should be our attitude. I don't give two hoots about the one guy who is sick but doesn't want to be helped. It's about the 100 guys "protecting" him (from god knows whom!) and hugging and...

Re: Coronavirus SARS-Cov2 (COVID-19)

These miscreants should be booked for causing harm to the society. They need to be put behind the bars to send a loud and clear message to all. So many poor people have suffered because of the lock-down, many others (health workers, law and order, administrators) are risking their lives to contain t...

Medical team attacked in Silawatpura area of Indore Look at the number of people gathered! Re: Australian Open 2018

It's about time Saki took a call on his career. I remember him mentioning in one of the interviews not too long ago that his interest in doubles is only secondary. Given his long history of injuries, he is better off focusing on doubles. If he does that, I am pretty sure he can easily be top-50 or b...

Re: Coronavirus SARS-Cov2 (COVID-19)

I agree, Suresh. Parts of my post was not well phrased which made it sound like I am supporting the brutality of police in all cases. Some of them clearly seem to show their attitude that they can.

Re: Coronavirus SARS-Cov2 (COVID-19)

A neighbor's family, just one house away from our house in AP (where my mom lives), is in quarantine now. Their son just returned from London and the police have come and forced him and his family into self-quarantine and put out a note on the door warning the neighbors about the situation. Someone ...

Re: Coronavirus SARS-Cov2 (COVID-19)

....This was when he was asked about the three cases in TN, Pune and Nagpur. Maybe they found links for those too. If so, that is good news. It doesn't really matter that they were able to find these links. The fact is, these people were out in the crowds for a long time and in the process possibly...

Re: Coronavirus SARS-Cov2 (COVID-19)

Thankfully I did not come in direct contact with this guy at all. He visited a building adjacent to the one that I work in. Ours is a big campus with a couple of thousand people working. I usually carry lunch from home every day, but on the 3rd March I left in a hurry and left my lunch pack at home....
