Re: Indian Athletics Thread ...
Watched it live on TV. Neeraj was trailing at 4th place after 4 rounds. Needed to be in top 3 with his 5th throw to be in top 3. Only the top 3 get another opportunity with a 6th throw!! Neeraj came up with 85.58 M with his 5th throw to squeeze in 3rd place :D In the last throw, Anderson Peters who ...

Re: 2024 European Tour
Subhankar finally playing well this season. But, for a double bogey and bogey towards the end, he could have finished joint first and gone into the playoffs!! Hope he carries this form to the Scottish Open and The Open, where he has qualified, courtesy of his good finish at last year’s Open, after a...

Afghanistan are now in the Semi finals after managing to beat Bangladesh in a low scoring thriller.
Aussies are out courtesy of we beating them and losing earlier to Afghanistan too.
So, we need to beat the English on Thursday to feature in Saturday’s final!!!

Re: Sumit Nagal thread
Lucky break for Sumit.
Nagal replaces Nadal, who withdrew from the event.
Hope he takes the match deep as Raonic has given walkover in long matches in his last couple of events.

Re: England in India 2024-25 : The Pataudi Trophy
Fantastic win for the team after being far behind nearing end of day 2. 177/7 in response to 353 and looking like conceding a lead of 125-150. Firstly, Jurel with Kuldeep and tail played well to curtail the lead to 46 and than our spinners bowled exceptionally well to bundle out England. Chase was t...

Re: Australian Open 2024
Yes, serving 5-3 Rohan got broken and it didn’t look great at that time. They played great in the next game to get 3 break and Match points on 0-40. Missed those opportunities too!! Looked bleak as they had missed all those chances and the younger opponents were charged up. However, they played a go...

Rohan and Ebden easily win the tie breaker third set 10-2 to win the match.
That was a close match which they could have lost too..

Re: Australian Open 2024
Wow…what a win by Sumit. Dominated the first 2 sets and did just enough in set 3. Got broken when serving for the Match and it looked the momentum could shift. But, in the tie breaker he just held on and was helped by Bulbik double faulting twice to give Sumit the 2 free points he needed to close ou...
