Maaya pulled out of those womens tournaments. As put in other thread, Maaya had a surprise first round loss last week at J300 in Malaysia. Now, it looks she is preparing European clay season. She looks slated next to play in J500 in Milan, Italy in the week of May 19.

Oh, one month break in the mid season when she has no injury !!!. Maybe she feels she needs a break more than anything else. Also, last year she had such type of break in October or around that time and came back strong. So, hopefully that will happen again.

Top seeded Japanese proved too strong for Arnav and Arnav lost 26 26.

Nonetheless, great week for him and Hitesh too. Arnav will be around #85 and Hitesh will be around #80 in next Monday's rankings. Both should get into qualifying draws of French open juniors.
