You have to wait. Nadal withdrew from Hamburg with blisters. I think it is good for him - he has been playing so many matches continuously - three tiltels, a runner-up and doubles too.

In my opinion, the ball rules are not strictly followed ( even announced) in ITF events. It is probably left to the organisers.

The challenger, the week before DC, can work only if there are enough courts in the club. This is because the teams need practice courts one week before.
