Re: Outage
^^^ I can also see the sameer post above that you see (thanking Dhruv), but there are a few posts he has made after that in various threads, which we are not seeing. I think your and my ISP nameservers have not yet been reset to the new server. If I am not mistaken, it takes a little time before the...

Re: Outage
This is a test message. Something seems weird. Sameer says he cannot see my posts, and I cannot see any posts from Sameer in the forum, after he thanked Dhruv above. (Sameer, if you see this post, please post below) EDIT: I think this is normal internet behavior when a server change is implemented.....

Re: Manas Dhamne thread
Manas got a wildcard to the qualies at the Challenger 75 in Francavilla al Mare, Italy (clay) starting on Sunday!... He was initially expected to play the 7th seed Omni Kumar (USA,365) in the Q1 but the later draw posted today by ATP lists an Alternate player (to be determined). It seems like Omni w...

Re: Mukund Sasikumar thread
At the Challenger 75 in Wuxi, China (Hard) [Q1] Mukund Sasikumar (IND,471) vs (1) Ricardas Berankis (LTU,324) Tough draw for Mukund. He just needs to start winning such matches like he used to. His ranking keeps falling :( I just started using live rankings for qualies matches. Once the ATP rank lis...

Re: Sumit Nagal thread
Sumit had posted a twitter clip of him practicing yesterday at the Nensel Academy (near Hanover, Germany), right around when his name was take out of Rome. He looks fine, but I am sure there was at least a worry that something might crop up, that prevented him from playing these 4-5 weeks. He has no...

Re: European Challengers 2024
^^^ Yes, Sanjay. Some security issues were causing it, from what I understand. Dhruv had to spend some time to bring it back up, and he also moved the forum to another server now. He expects it to be more stable now.

Just for the record, last week, Balaji and Andre Begemann were at the Challenger 75 in Rome, and won a round over Niokola Cacic (SRB) and Bart Stevens (NED) 63 64, but lost to Luke Johnson (GBR) and Skander Mansouri (TUN) 67(6) 76(6) [3-10] in the QF

Re: Update to new version
No problem, and thanks for all your work, Dhruv. I assume a software change will be much more time-consuming for you, and would be better to avoid unless really needed... This forum has been fully sufficient for our purposes, and I also like how it is "light" in its feel. Maybe because it ...

Re: [Tennis] Misc. Results for Indians abroad...
Zeel plays Vaishnavi tomorrow in the R2 so we are assured of a QF there. I am calling a Vaishnavi upset, on current form, unless Zeel has got her moxie back after today's comeback win. I called it right. And it was probably the easiest call we could ever make on an upset of a 4th seed. Zeel has bee...

Re: [Tennis] Misc. Results for Indians abroad...
Karan will go past Rishab, SDPD and Sid V in ranking and will become the India #4 in live rankings behind Sumi, RamK and Mukund. That is terrific for a 20 year old, and great for us to see, knowing that those three are 26 and older now. His actual ranking will move up only by May 20th (as this week'...

Re: Sahaja Yamalapalli thread
Sahaja lost in a match where she could not stop making mistakes all the time... She went 2 of 13 at BPs she had, and allowed Fanni to convert 6 of 8 ... That is 4 of 21 success rate at breakpoints. That will cause a scoreline like she had in the R1... I counted at least 7 or 8 BPs that were wasted w...
