I always wear a baseball cap (or visor) while running -- helps against the sun, keeps my head dry during rains and keeps my head warm in cold weather (sub zero C).

I hope y'all are aware of the Indian Institute of Space Technology (IIST) at Trivandrum -- how many of their undergraduates work for ISRO? This is an ISRO run institution.

Much ado about nothing. I don't think they even come for placements at IITs. Several years ago, I remember trying to convince an government organisation (don't recall which one) to recruit students doing Engineering Physics (which is a major where students do both Physics and EE).
